The Pastor.....The Evangelist....The Father.....The Grandfather
Pastor Seenarine was born on the Island of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. Although he was born into a Hindu family God had a plan for his life, at the age of 15 he attempted to take his life and asked God if He was truly real that He would reveal Himself. A missionary came to Pastor's village to invite him to church and Pastor gave his hear to the Lord.
He went on to Open Bible Institute in Trinidad and started pastoring while he was in college. He met his wife Cynthia while in college and they were married.
In 1969, God called them to the United States and the settled in Toledo where Pastor began his evangelistic ministry. After traveling successfully for a few years the Lord opened the door for full-time pastoring in southern Ohio. The family would move to Portsmouth in 1973, after 3 years in Portsmouth (Evangel Temple), Pastor and his family moved to Geneva, Ohio where he pastored for 10 years at Geneva/New Life Assembly of God. Then a move came to close by Chardon, Ohio to pastor Chardon Assembly of God for 9 years. In 1996 Pastor and Cynthia moved to Lima, Ohio where they pastored for 16 years. After feeling the call to semi-retire, Pastor and Cynthia moved back to NE Ohio to join their children and grandchildren where they reside currently. But God had other plans for them to serve the local church. Pastor and Cynthia still travel preaching but are currently serving Word of Grace Church in Chesterland, Ohio as Staff Pastors.
They have 2 daughters Debbie (Allen), Kimberly (Andrew) and are the proud grandparents of 4 grandchildren. Brittney 21, Matthew 18, Priya 5, and Olivine 1.
